After more than two years of no trade shows, CACI made a triumphant return to their first show in October at Professional Beauty London, ExCel. Following a steady flow of customers and the on-hand expertise of both CACI’s business development consultant and training teams, the show proved to be a resounding success.
Twenty-four CACI machines were sold at the show with six additional CACI machines sold to show leads in subsequent weeks. Comments included: ‘A fab team. The stand was outstanding. A great job.’
November saw CACI training back to full capacity – with up to 16 delegates for CACI Synergy training - after months of Covid-secure restrictions that meant that class numbers had to be restricted.
‘The training centre at our head office in Elstree has been buzzing this week with new delegates all keen to return to face-to-face training, says CACI Managing Director Dean Nathanson. ‘During the pandemic we were very cautious about numbers. At one time, we only allowed six delegates per course. However, we continued to accommodate those who couldn’t be physically present, such as our international accounts, by delivering top-class training over Zoom.
Nathanson continues: ‘While group numbers have increased, we still have Covid-secure measures in place, such as mandatory health questionnaires, temperature checks, hand
sterilising stations and PPE.’
During training, students have been sharing behind-the-scenes images and videos across their business social media channels and are shown proudly displaying their graduate certificates. One delegate wrote: ‘Day 3 of my 4-day intensive training! Loving every minute.’
