What were your reasons for choosing the new CACI professional portable Micro-Pro device for the spa?
I chose the CACI Micro-Pro device for the spa after seeing it at Spa Life. There, I had a taster of the hand treatment and the facial and was wowed by the instant lift and glow to my skin. I felt that the Micro-Touch Facial kept the luxury of a spa treatment while delivering great aesthetic results. The treatment cost and products are also a reasonable set up cost which is great for the spa. Our therapists are all impressed with the results that such a small device can deliver.
Aside from your spa room, are you using the device in any other areas of the spa?
We are currently only using the Micro-Pro in the treatment rooms, but plan to be able to deliver the hand treatment or Microcurrent Energising Mask (Re-energise and Renew facial) in the spa relaxation room and develop a separate spa hand treatment. It would also be a great option to offer the hand treatment while a client is having a pedicure.
What do you love most about offering the Micro-Pro treatments?
I love how you can see results from the first treatment. And there’s no down time or invasive needles. The microcurrent works with your body's natural electrical rhythm and the results last! When doing the full treatment, the skin is left glowing and youthful.
Have you delivered two treatments at the same time to one client, or offered treatments to two clients side-by-side?
Not yet. I am looking forward to this - I think the Microcurrent Energising Mask would be perfect for two while lounging in the relaxation room.
What makes Micro-Pro an ideal device for the spa environment?
You can deliver a results-driven facial and it still feels relaxing like any other spa treatment. The small device is great for treatment rooms, is easily stored and portable within the spa.
