Marisa Abela plays the legendary Amy Winehouse
CACI was the facial prep of choice for both director Sam Taylor-Johnson and Marisa Abela, the lead in the new Back to Black film, for the BAFTA red carpet.
Both Sam and Marisa were treated to a CACI Synergy facial. Their skin was prepped by master aesthetician and celebrity facialist Lena Bratschi of LA’s Carasoin Day Spa, who set up an exclusive CACI pop up at London’s Corinthia hotel in the week leading up to the BAFTA’s.
Lena commented: ‘Marisa Abela – looking absolutely stunning on the #BAFTA red carpet this weekend! When I first moved to London, I was a Camden Girl, so was even more thrilled to work with this beauty as the star of the upcoming @backtoblackfilm , playing one of Camden’s most celebrated artists, the late, great, #AmyWinehouse.’ The world premiere of Back to Black was on 8th April in London.
