Tell us a little about your family beauty business
For us, Essence of Beauty London has always been personal. We’re a true family business – four sisters working together. Three of us (myself, Anna and Daniella) are beauty therapists while our sister Fros is a hairdresser who very happily enjoys trying all the CACI treatments.
In December, our business celebrated 30 years, three decades of loyalty, growth, and the most incredible clients who have supported us from day one. Over the years, we have trained talented therapists and hairdressers, built a full team, and created a large, buzzing environment.
Today, we’ve intentionally scaled back to a smaller, more intimate team - just the four sisters and two staff members. Our clients love having the ’original team’ back.
How has CACI always been at the heart of your business?
Technology has always been at the heart of what we do. We introduced CACI over 20 years ago with the CACI Quantum, which became one of our most-loved core treatments and we have built a loyal following over the years.
More recently the three therapists, Anna, Daniella and I - trained on the CACI Synergy Flex [hyperlink to the tech]. Upgrading to the CACI Synergy Flex was the perfect next step, helping to re-energise our treatment menu and giving our long-term clients exactly what they love: innovation, confidence, and beautiful results from a team they trust.
What is your feedback about CACI training?
The training was fantastic. It was wonderful to refresh our knowledge of the signature CACI (non-surgical facial toning) treatment, but also exciting to learn all the new additions. Training with Tana was such a highlight, her expertise, confidence, and ability to deliver the course so clearly, made the whole experience truly enjoyable and inspiring.
What do you love about the new Synergy Flex?
We absolutely love how versatile and advanced the Synergy Flex system is. The results are noticeably enhanced, and our clients can really feel the difference. It allows us to offer a more refined, modern treatment while still staying true to the signature CACI microcurrent techniques that our clients already adore. They love the new Gua Sha add-on. The combination has been a massive hit, giving visibly lifted, sculpted and refreshed results that clients keep coming back for.
What do you think drives clients into your salon – what makes you unique?
Our clients often tell us that what makes us unique is our strong family presence and the personal, hands-on care they receive.
We recently scaled back our team to return to a more intimate, family-led approach, and the response has been incredible. Clients love to see us—the four sisters—back working closely again and offering treatments ourselves. It brings a warm, trusted, and authentic
energy that’s hard to find elsewhere. We combine this family atmosphere with our passion for results-driven technology like CACI, which we’ve been committed to for over two decades.
