I was advised to try CACI treatments after being diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy in November last year. My face drooped and was completely numb on one side. After a month of absolutely no improvements, I began the CACI treatments, and after only two sessions I started to notice some small improvements and movement returning. This continued and by the end of my course of 10 the improvements were incredible. My face was back to looking completely even with almost full movement. I was so impressed with the difference it made and my skin feels wonderful too. I have also had compliments on how much brighter my complexion is too. I can’t thank Jess, my beauty therapist enough for her understanding, fantastic knowledge, and incredible kindness at a very anxious time. I would recommend these treatments to anyone and although my Bell’s Palsy has eased, I will certainly be continuing with CACI as a wonderful treat to myself.

April is #stressawarenessmonth. We hold a lot of tension in our facial muscles. There are key pressure points on the forehead, temples and above the ear -all areas that we work over during our CACI non-surgical facial. Gently working over these areas can help with relaxation and tension.

Two particular moves work into the hairline. The first starts at the side of the eye, moving back as far as the top of the ear, and the second starts above the eyebrow and moves into the hairline. We are lifting, tightening, and smoothing the eye area and raising and smoothing the forehead. It is great for releasing tension, especially if you find yourself frowning a lot.

If you hold tension around the forehead, we also work in between the brows to target ‘11 lines’ for relaxing those muscles and targeting lines and wrinkles at the same time.
