The motivation for introducing CACI to our business was to be able to offer the most up-to-date treatments to our clients. These days’ well-informed clients want the best results driven treatments and we wanted to be able to offer these to them. With CACI’s loyal celebrity following and clinically proven treatment results, discerning clients can see for themselves that CACI is a world leader in non-surgical treatments. We first introduced an Ultra machine to the salon a few years ago, which has been very popular, but when the CACI Synergy machine launched, we knew that we wanted it at our Salon, so we could offer clients the very latest and advanced technology. It has definitely been a good investment, bringing many new clients to the salon as well as many regular clients upgrading their treatments, or treating themselves to a little extra add on like the CACI Synergy Eye Revive or Jowl Lift using SPED technology. CACI has introduced many new clients through our door. It’s a well-known and trusted brand and treatment that is endorsed by a large celebrity following; it is recognised by clients, which perhaps we wouldn’t have reached without having CACI. It brings regular revenue into the salon, as clients come back monthly for maintenance treatments. Quite often these clients will book other treatments alongside giving the opportunity to cross-sell.
